Herbed Cauliflower Mash with Garlic and Olive Oil- a lighter swap for mashed potatoes

Apple Cider-Glazed Salmon with Sage and Shallots- festive main without the heaviness of traditional roasts

Maple-Glazed Carrots with Fresh Thyme- bright, beautiful side with natural sweetness

Pumpkin Chai Chia Pudding- festive dessert that’s nutrient-dense and satisfying
