Vernon Jones grew up on a small farm in North Carolina, where his parents instilled the values of hard work, faith, and standing up for what’s right—principles that shaped his public service.

As DeKalb County CEO, he managed a $3.2 billion budget and 7,000 employees, improving infrastructure and community resources. In the Georgia House, he supported voter ID laws, earned an “A” rating from the NRA, and advocated for limited government.

Now a Republican and ally of President Trump, Vernon is running for Secretary of State, focusing on election integrity, transparency, and keeping Georgia a strong place to live and work.
